At Tao Skin Care, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our skincare products and our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, we enforce a strict and non-negotiable refund and return policy.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once they have been opened, unsealed, or used. This applies to all items and products. This policy protects the safety, purity, and efficacy of our skincare line.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after this window will not be considered.
To initiate a claim, email us or use the form on our contact us page:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- A description of the issue
If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our product ingredients are clearly listed on our website and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand all ingredients before purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, even if it has not yet shipped. Please confirm your order details before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Tao Skin Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for errors caused by customer input.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
We take fraudulent disputes seriously. Any chargebacks will be challenged with proof of purchase, tracking, and our clearly posted refund policy. Customers who initiate chargebacks without contacting us first may be blacklisted from future purchases.
